Small by design
One person, start to finish. Fewer layers, faster decisions, full accountability. If something is wrong, you know exactly who to write to.
AIKON Media is a digital product studio in Denmark. It is also one person. This is how that came to be.
I did not set out to build software. I set out to write. For more than twenty years, that was what I did – for magazines, broadcasters, promoters, publishers and websites across several countries, all of them needing someone who could deliver clear words fast, live, and under pressure.
At the same time, I spent seventeen years competing professionally in Muay Thai. Fighting, broadcasting and writing about the sport gave me three very different views of the same world.
Before that, I led soldiers as a sergeant in the Danish Army, sold IT consultancy in London, and helped a Danish CMS company bring partners on board. Later I taught leadership to NCOs, pilot trainees and officer cadets in the Royal Danish Air Force. Different rooms, same job: understand the people in front of you, and give them something they can actually use.
Somewhere along the way the tools changed. Content became products. The writing became interfaces, flows and systems. In 2025 I went back to school for multimedia design, and AIKON Media began a new chapter: from content and digital strategy to designing, building and launching its own digital products.
The name is NOKIA spelled backwards, with AI up front. That is not a coincidence. I use AI in everything I make – as a tool, never as an excuse.

Every product starts as a sentence: what it does, for whom, and why. If that sentence is not clear, nothing built on top of it will be.
Privacy by default. No dark patterns, unnecessary tracking or data collection for its own sake. If a product needs your data, it tells you what it needs and why.
